I needed some work done on an old car. They were able to do the work with the parts I provided. The price was more than half the quote I got from another shop up the street. I made an appt., dropped the car off and got a call back it was finished within a few hours. Quick easy honest service. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at Point S Tire in Beaverton. From the moment I walked in, Rollie, the General Manager, and his team made me feel welcomed and taken care of. They were professional, honest, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I came in for new tires, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right tires for my vehicle without feeling pressured or rushed. It’s refreshing to find a shop where the people genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. I’m very happy with the service I received and will definitely be coming back for any future tire needs. Thank you, Rollie and the Point S Tire team, for taking great care of me!

I’ve taken one of our company trucks here for service and had a great experience. The staff was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. They got the oil change done in a timely manner, communicated clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. As a business owner with multiple trucks on the road, reliability and trust are important, and this shop earned both. Based on my experience, I plan to bring the rest of our fleet here for service as well. Highly recommend Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service for anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. I scheduled an appointment for tire balancing and rotation on tires that I had previously purchased from this location and arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, I was informed that the balancing machine was not operational. While I understand that equipment issues can occur, I asked whether at least the tire rotation could still be completed. Despite having a scheduled appointment, my vehicle remained untouched in the parking lot for 55 minutes. When I politely inquired about the delay and requested an estimated completion time, I was told that no estimate could be provided. During that same period, another customer who arrived after me with a flat tire was serviced and departed within approximately 20 minutes. The combination of a missed appointment, the lack of communication regarding delays, and the apparent prioritization of walk-in customers over scheduled appointments reflects poorly on the customer service standards of this location. As a returning customer who purchased the tires from your business, I expected a significantly higher level of professionalism and respect for m

Always easy, honest and polite. Price matched some great Toyo tires for my van. I’ll be back for Nokian Winter tires in the fall. Thanks guys
